“Tigrus” restaurant entered the United Arab Emirates market

The Italian restaurant Osteria Mario and the Georgian bistro Shvili have already opened in the Dubai Hills Mall. They will be managed by the holding itself.

The launch of the second Osteria Mario is planned for April-May in the Dubai Marina area, together with the franchise partner Vsevolod Roketashvili, whose portfolio already includes restaurants of the Tigrus holding.

Both projects operate in the informal dining segment. The kitchen almost completely repeats the traditional menus of Osteria Mario and Shvili. The restaurants’ atmosphere is reported to “combine the comfort of a warm family gathering with the temperament of the southern countries.” A separate children’s menu has been developed.

With its launch in the United Arab Emirates, Tigrus focused on environmental protection, health care and proper nutrition, respect for resources and wildlife.

“Tigrus is the first restaurant holding in Russia to fully offset its carbon footprint. We support the principles of conscious consumption and zero waste, we are dedicated to the restoration of forest areas and we implement programs to protect animals. In the United Arab Emirates, we plan to implement an initiative to protect the caracal (steppe lynx – ed.)”, said Henrik Winter, co-founder of the Tigrus restaurant holding.
