Modulbank expanded its comprehensive legal support service for companies, the company said in a statement. Now, a lawyer from the bank can deal with the registration of licenses, the protection of intellectual property, assess the judicial perspective and protect the interests of the entrepreneur in court.
Previously, lawyers only dealt with contracts and other documents.
The Bank offers the “Modularista” service, a complete legal service that provides access to lawyers with ten years of experience. The service was launched in the fall of 2022, the cost is 1490 rubles per month, which, according to the bank, is “ten times cheaper than a full-time lawyer.”
A Modulbank lawyer advises on legal issues, develops and analyzes draft contracts, including those for economic activities abroad, highlights risks and strengthens the company’s position, and helps to resolve a dispute with a counterparty before trial.
Once a year, the bank’s lawyers update the drafted agreements in accordance with changes in the legislation; this is free as part of a subscription to the service.
Among the new services in 2023: the ability to order a legal audit of all company documentation, a due diligence service for large transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and services to represent a client in court of all instances.
