Experts said that due to a serious vulnerability in the security of the devices, hackers can secretly view any photo of the unsuspecting owner of the gadget. You can’t just view the edited photos if necessary, it’s possible to see the original due to vulnerability and insecure connection.

As a test, they sent edited credit card photos, but were able to access the original photos and eventually got personal user information.

Google has immediately released a fix for new phones on the line that have been assigned code CVE-2023-21036 for the vulnerability, but so far only. As reported by Aarons and Buchanan, there is still no patch for the Google Pixel 4 and earlier models.
