Company leaders now actively began to master ways to motivate employees. The funds range from the classic in the form of salary increases and bonuses to the provision of various “goodies”: extra days off, an individual work schedule or trips at the expense of the company.

However, in 77% of companies, they most often use material forms to stimulate employees, intangible – in 42%. As for “non-classical” methods, most employees in their offices have kitchens, air conditioners, etc. A quarter of the respondents can freely choose their lunch hour and 24% have career opportunities.

Respondents mentioned five non-standard ways to motivate employees:

  • Health supplement, for example, employees who have never taken sick leave for a given period receive material rewards: 82%;
  • “Vacation bonus”, for example, material, for a full day of vacation. This type of incentive is used to get employees to use vacations provided by law – 79%;
  • An apartment for work, for example, for each unit of goods sold, a report made, etc., an employee receives 1 m2. cm of housing, after a certain period, the results are added up and the winner receives an apartment with the area of ​​​​housing accumulated by him – 71%;
  • Kindergarten, “corporate” school: the company itself is engaged in placing the children of employees in institutions: 67%;
  • Bonus for good relations with colleagues – 64%.

According to the survey results, 56% of the Russians surveyed would like to see some changes in the way employees are motivated in their companies. On average, Russians rated the job motivation system 6 out of 10.

The study was carried out from March 23 to 27. More than 1,500 Russian workers over the age of 18 participated.
