The company spent this amount to buy a 79% stake in Realweb in December 2022.

Previously, the amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Realweb co-owner Emin Avetisyan told Forbes that it is “within market value.”

RealWeb positions itself as a “full-cycle digital agency”, providing services for creating media and video advertising, placing contextual advertising, SEO promotion, SMM and others. Among the clients are VTB, Alfa-Bank, Huawei, HeadHunter and others.

According to Alexander Stepanov, CEO of DigitalBudget, Realweb occupies about 8-10% of the entire Russian online advertising market.
