34% of Russians are dissatisfied with their work team. One in three colleagues is annoyed by unprofessionalism, arrogance, gossip and laziness. This is stated by the study of the Rabota.ru service, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti.
Another 19% get upset when colleagues communicate loudly with each other. For 14% of those surveyed, the lack of a sense of humor is a repulsive factor.
For 68% of those surveyed, the ideal colleague is a professional, responsible and trustworthy person. One in two feel drawn to helping colleagues with difficult tasks, as well as respecting limits, clear deadlines, and sticking to agreements. For 42% it is important that colleagues have a sense of humor.
33% pay attention to cleanliness and tidy appearance, another 32% to sociability. Many people value high work capacity, the ability to motivate others, says the survey.
