The Association of Trading Companies and Producers of Electrical Household and Computer Equipment (RATEK; includes Samsung, Huawei, M.Video-Eldorado and others) criticized the Mintsifra protocols on evaluating RuStore in operating systems.
The document instructs suppliers and authorized persons to integrate RuStore into the device in appearance to the same extent as the store of the OS or device manufacturer. RATEK states that in most cases these requirements are not met because Google prohibits its system services (GMS) licensees from granting certain privileges to third-party applications.
An attempt to sell a device with GMS without a license in the Russian Federation may seem like a revocation of the license for the model worldwide.

The figures for RATEK deliveries were not confirmed, and no changes were made to the agency. The ministry notes that, for example, Samsung and Xiaomi smartphones already have their own stores – Galaxy Store and GetApps. [Коммерсантъ]
