At the same time, its own online store remains an important sales channel, says Nikita Tsoi, head of YuMoney’s sales department. According to him, this mainly concerns the B2B segment.

“As a rule, digital product sellers invest in their own brand at the launch stage. But, even if the seller trades in the market, at the same time he can launch his own website when he realizes that the brand has many loyal customers,” explains Tsoi.

Most of the respondents (58%) are individual entrepreneurs, business owners make up 38%, the rest of the respondents (4%) are self-employed.

49% of the surveyed businessmen have a turnover of up to 400 thousand rubles per month, 45% of the respondents – from 400 thousand rubles to 6.5 million rubles, more than 6.5 million rubles, on 6 % of entrepreneurs.
