According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 15 Pro still does not provide new features.
This is due to “unresolved technical issues before mass production”. Because of this, the usual physical sensors disappear from the smartphone, and not touch ones, like Home in the iPhone 7/8. So did technical analysts Jeff Pu and Shelley Chou of Hong Kong-based investment firm Haitong International Securities.
Kuo also added that there is still time at Apple to redesign the iPhone 15 Pro, given that the device remains in the EVT development stage. He believes the change appears to have a “limited impact” on the production and delivery schedule for the Pro models.
Possibly an implementation innovation by 2024.
