Authors of digital content on the Wildberries.Digital portal were given the opportunity to create microblogs, publish posts, and create “news feeds” about their products. This was reported to RB.RU in the Wildberries press service.
Due to the new functionality, entrepreneurs will be able to answer customer questions, receive feedback from them, as well as shortlist content, place bonus add-ons, announce new products and “warm up” the audience before launch.
The tool is free and available to all authors of the Wildberries Digital portal, the number of possible user messages is not limited.
Previously, Wildberries implemented the chat feature for all physical product sellers on its main platform. In real time, merchants can interact with customers and answer product questions.
