Timepad, a service for event planners, has a new owner. Since April 3, TimePad Ltd. has been 100% owned by Konstantin Gordon, who previously acted as co-owner of Ayaz Shabutdinov’s Like Center, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. RB.RU drew attention to the changes.
Previously, the Timepad legal entity was wholly owned by Qiwi co-founder Sergey Solonin.
Since April 3, 2023, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the sole owner of the Timepad legal entity is Konstantin Gordon, and Sergey Solonin has formally left the project.
As of February 2023, Gordon owned 10.5% of Like Center LLC; as of April 12, 2023, he is no longer a member of this organization. As of March 2020, Gordon also owned a stake in another Like Center legal entity, Asset Management LLC.
Solonin is also the owner of Like Center LLC – he owns 10.5% of the company.
Timepad, Like Center, as well as Sergei Solonin himself, did not respond to the publishers’ request about the goals and reasons for this transaction.
- TimePad was founded by Artem Kiselev, Lyudmila Pavlova and Daria Ustyuzhanina in 2008. The company specializes in ticket sales and helps organizers manage events by taking on “technical and accounting tasks”. The monthly volume of tickets sold, according to its own data, exceeds 731 thousand tickets.
- At the end of 2020 and 2021, TimePad Ltd posted losses. According to the Kontur.Focus system, in 2020 the company received a net loss of 44 million rubles against a net profit of 461 thousand rubles in 2019, and by the end of 2021, the net loss almost doubled year on year to 86, 8 million rubles.
