X5 Group will buy 100% of Tamerlan, which manages the aforementioned regional chains.
“Pokupochka” and “PokupAlko” are chains of discount stores located in the Southern Federal District of Russia and in the Stavropol Territory. PokupAlko presents an expanded range of alcoholic products, Ga-Ga is a supermarket chain.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation has already approved the petition.
