Tochka Bank added a GPT-based bot to its Internet bank’s search line, the lender said in a statement.
The service allows you to get answers to the most common business questions. You can also ask the chatbot to come up with ideas to increase customer loyalty, present promotions for repeat purchases, or prepare an advertising message in the customer’s messenger.
The service is free and can process up to 20 requests per day. It will be available to all Tochka customers using the updated version of Internet banking.
In early April, Spravochnaya, an online business magazine from Tochka Bank, also launched a ChatGPT-based chatbot for entrepreneurs. The chatbot can collect OKVED codes, formulate responses to negative customer reviews, and generate an advertising campaign.
At the beginning of the year, the Bank of Russia issued a universal banking license to Tochka. Under his own license, Tochka launched a new Internet bank, as well as a series of services for entrepreneurs.
