Over there God of War Ragnarok release date it had to be the same as starfield. Or at least that’s what he thinks Jason Schreier who spoke on the ResetEra forum to give his opinion on the matter. According to the well-known journalist and insider, the launch date would initially be the same as the planned date for Starfield, which is November 11. However, according to his sources, the date had suddenly changed.

After the announcement (of the date of God of War Ragnarok), I was told that the release date was actually 11/22/11 and it was suddenly changed to 11/22/11: for this reason the announcement was postponed from June 30 until next week. I’m not 100% sure why we changed the date. I think it’s a logistical question rather than something to do with Starfield.

According to Schreier, the postponement of the release date would therefore have been caused precisely by this sudden decision, underlining that he believes the change of date has nothing to do with Starfield.

Before we leave, we remind you that God of War Ragnarok will be available in different editions, Launch Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, Collector’s Edition and Jötnar Edition and that the upgrade to the PS5 version will be paid for those who have the standard PS4 version of the game. However, all other editions of the title contain both versions by Ragnarök completely free.

God of War Ragnarok will be available from Nov 9, 2022 on PS4 and PS5.
