According to popular insider Revengus, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will receive up to 16 GB of RAM, which is significantly higher than the current 12 GB of the S23 Ultra.
At the same time, the standard Galaxy S24 model and Galaxy S24+ model will also receive a significant upgrade and will be equipped with 12GB of RAM instead of 8GB on the Galaxy S23 and S23+ introduced in February 2023.
For the Galaxy S24 series, it’s important to note that Samsung may choose to keep Micron’s LPDDR5X chips, manufacture their own, or use faster chips from SK hynix. The exact plans of the company will be known closer to the presentation of the Galaxy Unpacked 2024.
