The National Payment Card System (NSPK) is supposed to be a new service from July 1, expected in banks with a large amount of cards and an acquiring network.

NSPK proposes to detokenize their transactions implemented using Mir Pay in their own network. Random random way The acquiring bank immediately recognizes its card and can determine if the account has the amount necessary to complete the purchase. Such a transaction does not go through the payment system, and the bank does not pay NSPK fees for it. With the new method, the data about the issuing bank and the acquirer are encrypted, the acquirer sends it to NSPK for authorization anyway.

For authorization, the payment system takes from the bank that issued the card from 10 kopecks to 1 ruble per particle, depending on the amount of the purchase and the type of card. NSPK proposes to reduce tariffs for transactions carried out through Mir Pay.

According to the new NSPK tariffs, with the number of transactions up to 2 million units per week, the bank will pay 10 kopecks per compressor, with 2-6 million units per week – 5 kopecks per compressor, and if there are more than 6 million transactions – 1 kopeck each. [Коммерсантъ]
