Vkusvill added the ability to order products using time slots for settlements that are located at a distance of 55-100 km in the direction of the dark warehouse.
Due to the introduction of routes with intervals, the company was able to expand the delivery area to new remote territories, the retailer’s press service told RB.RU.
For such points, time slots are available from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00. By optimizing routes, the company maintained the free delivery service.
For all other settlements, the order will be delivered free of charge within four hours.
For the new summer season, Vkusvill has expanded its delivery area outside the city by connecting more than 25 new settlements, including Khosta, Dagomys, Konduki, Rodniki, Vichuga, Andzhievsky, Zheleznovodsk and others.
Now more than 50 dark shops are connected to the out-of-town delivery service, which deliver more than 80% of orders to points far from the cities.
In total, the retailer delivers orders to dachas and villages in more than 30 regions of Russia.
The suburban delivery service was launched in the Moscow region in 2020 and now covers 100% of the settlements in the Moscow region.
