The full launch of the app is expected on May 20. However, the developers have not yet obtained permission from Google to publish it on Google Play, forcing Android device owners to install Rossgram from third-party sources such as RuStore.

Recall that the service offers users the features they are familiar with from *Instagram, such as sharing photos and videos, leaving likes and comments.

The main goal of the project is to create a reliable and secure social platform for Russian users.
