Marvel: AI showcases MCU characters in Dungeons & Dragons-style RPG

The multiverse has given Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) superheroes many different versions over time. Only Spider-Man: Never Go Home (2021), for example, we see three different Neighborhood Buddies (from three different releases of Teioso in the cinema). Now, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools are taking this multiverse story even further, with many netizens imagining Marvel characters in never-before-seen scenarios.

We decided to join the fun from Minha Série. We recently published an article where a Reddit user created medieval versions of Marvel and DC superheroes. What made us think: What if the brand’s characters were figures from a fantasy RPG? We continued this idea and spawned some very interesting versions of Marvel heroes through Midjourney, an AI platform that generates images based on textual descriptions.

We used a simple prompt (command) with rules like “realistic”, “medieval” and “analog photography” to create the images. Conclusion? Marvel characters who seem to belong to the universe Dungeons and Dragons. Check them all out below!

Scarlet Witch

Wanda, also known as the Scarlet Witch, is one of the MCU’s most powerful heroes. We believe that if She were an RPG character, her strength would still be enormous.

iron Man

Tony Stark, Iron Man, would probably be an extremely powerful figure in an RPG game and could go head-to-head with anyone who gets in his way.

black widow

Black Widow, Natasha Romanoff, could well be a powerful sorceress in an RPG, and she and Wanda can form a magical duo to intimidate opponents.

Hulk

In every RPG, we need a “cheap” warrior with enormous brute strength that can defeat almost any other creature. In that case, how about this Hulk?

Spider Man

Our beloved Spider-Man can have many roles in an RPG. His strength, agility and intelligence will be very useful in creating and executing attack strategies.

captain America

We couldn’t help imagining Captain America in the RPG version. Of course, we kept his characteristic shield and gave him a strong sword and beautiful armor.

black panther

Would it be crazy to think of an RPG with Wakanda as the main setting? If not, we already have the perfect warrior here! In this version, Black Panther gained beautiful armor with ears and a personalized helmet with fur.

Thanos

To round out our list of Marvel characters in RPG versions, we have the great nemesis of Marvel movies. avengers, Thanos. It gets even more terrifying here, and it’s clear that he’ll be one of the most feared creatures in any fantasy game.
