The Australian Ministry of Finance amends the tax code, which introduce personal income tax for bloggers. April 24 submission of contributions to the State Duma.

According to the revision, if a blogger uses Russian domains, network addresses or servers when performing work, he establishes such activities that will be subject to income tax (13-15%) in Russia if at least one of the three conditions is met.

Non-resident bloggers (who are abroad for more than 183 days in 12 consecutive months) will incur personal income tax at a rate of 30%.

If a foreign resource was used to perform the work, for example, from the .com domain zone, then such settings will also be subject to personal income tax.
