Sberbank has added a new Registration and Settlement service to Domclick, which allows you to buy and sell real estate on the secondary market without a mortgage, simplifies the transaction process and reduces the cost of its execution, the bank said.

Sberbank launched a service for housing transactions without a mortgage

  • The service is available for natural persons and transactions in relation to secondary housing. Automatically generates a package of documents (the client only needs to check the data, send documents for registration to Rosreestr and will not have to track the status of readiness to go to Rosreestr or to the MFC).
  • The money will be credited to the seller’s account immediately after the transfer of ownership to the buyer. Until that time, they will be kept in a special account with Sberbank. Thus, the bank guarantees the security of the transaction.

Sber has launched a new service to improve its Electronic Registration and Secure Payment services, the bank said in a statement. More than 2 million people have used these services.

Previously, customers paid 15.3 thousand rubles for the services “Electronic registration” and “Secure agreements” when buying an apartment or land plot in Moscow, the region and St. Petersburg, and 12 thousand rubles in other regions. Now the cost will be 5.9 thousand rubles, of which 3.9 thousand are payments for bank services and 2 thousand are state taxes.

Buying a house is also cheaper. Previously, for residents of Moscow, the Moscow region and St. Petersburg, services cost 27.2 thousand rubles, in other regions – 20.6 thousand, the new price is 10.15 thousand rubles.
