The third place in terms of immigration to Georgia was occupied by Ukrainians – 20.7 thousand people moved to the country, which is three times less than Russians.
Compared to 2021, immigration to Georgia increased 25.3%.
The Russians have also become one of the main buyers of real estate in Georgia among foreigners. In 2022, foreigners bought 15,000 apartments in Georgia, of which more than 6,000 were bought by Russians.
