A Bloomberg journalist spoke about the new design of watchOS 10, which appeared at WWDC on June 5th.
According to him, Apple pays a lot of attention to widgets in the redesign of the system. They are accessible to the “central part” of the facade.”
The widget set will be similar to the left screen in iOS. Mind users scroll through widgets to get information from different apps, much like they do on a Siri watch face.
The plan is to have users launch a range of different widgets — for activity, weather, stock quotes, calendar appointments, and more — instead of forcing them to launch apps.
