It is planned to invest 1.5 billion euros in artillery ammunition and missile production. The EC has offered to provide exemptions to the Community’s budget deficits and public debt level standards for EU countries investing in the military industry. Currently, such exemptions are only granted to green energy projects.

It was also learned today that the EU has proposed a law to allocate 500m euros to expand ammunition production in Europe. This move stems from the EU’s efforts to strengthen its defense capabilities and strengthen the military industry.
