Users around the world are complaining about PS Plus subscription fees.
According to Reddit users, some players are getting a message that their subscription game “expires in 15/5/30 minutes.” Then it minimizes and opens a window with a purchase offer.
PS Plus subscription format does not matter. The issue is believed to have affected games that were added in May 2023.
The following steps are taken as one of the possible solutions:
• PS4: choose Settings -> Write statistics management -> Restore license.
• PS5: select Settings -> Users & Accounts -> Other -> Restore License.
