The fleets of the Citymobil and Taxovichkoff taxi services will be replenished with 3,000 new Muscovites. Under the agreement, deliveries must be completed before the end of 2023, the first branded Moskvich will appear on the roads of Moscow and St. Petersburg in June.

Taxovichkoff and Citymobil parks will receive 3,000 new Muscovites

The former Renault plant in Moscow, now the Moscow Moskvich Plant, has signed an agreement with People & People to supply 3,000 new Moskvich cars. They will replenish the fleets of the Citymobil and Taxovichkoff taxi services, writes Interfax.

According to the contract, deliveries are to be completed by the end of 2023. The first Moskvichi brand taxis will be on the line in June.

Earlier, Moskvich agreed to supply 3,000 cars to the Yandex taxi service.

Moskvich production at the former Renault plant in Moscow began in November 2022. In addition to cars, bicycles will be collected there.

Moskvich car sales began on March 3.
