Peekaboo user dec300z shared his experience trying to delete an account at the popular Wildberries online store. It turned out that he was unable to delete his account, as the marketplace required you to pay the debt of 100 rubles first.

The story started with an iPhone charger order that turned out to be fake. The user refused to receive this product and the store tried to charge the return fee. However, the dec300z had a small limit on the card and the wipe did not occur. Since then, Wildberries periodically tries to withdraw money from his card.

Due to this behavior, the user has decided to stop using the market completely and has tried to delete his account. But this could not be done through the application – a warning about the debt appeared with a suggestion to contact the support service. Unfortunately, the store’s support ignores regulatory links, responds with template replies, and refuses to delete the account until the debt is paid.

Although 100 rubles is not a huge amount, recently another buyer owed 3826 rubles. Just like with the dec300z, Wildberries charged a fee for returning the goods, but was unable to withdraw the requested amount from the card.
