Scientists from Kazan have developed a promising technique for the defeat AFTER a spinal cord injury – both its structure and function. In the new method, two veins are left, half of them are stromal veins, which can be “transformed” in cells (bone, adipose or cartilage tissue).

As specialists from KFU note, various therapeutic methods for the restoration or regeneration of organs and skin using vesicles, the source of which is stem and progenitor cells, including mesenchymal ones, are being actively developed in the world at present.

In the course of Kazakhstani registration studies on the proposed method of treating spinal cord injury, vesicles of an experimental pig were used, which were introduced. After injections of vesicles into the abdomen with a spinal cord injury, positive dynamics of the condition was recorded, and exceptional experiments measure motor activity.

The emergence of the first identified approach (with the use of a vesicle) was tested on a large animal, especially a significant amount of underlining in specialists – studies on rodents often show significant positive dynamics, in practice and are very ineffective due to structural differences in humans and the same frequencies and serious diseases . differences in parameter comparisons.

Currently, a number of experimental studies are being carried out in Tatarstan on the basis of the Republican Clinical Hospital, with the aim of developing CFU on the post-traumatic risk of spinal cord injuries using the vesicle ul. The project was supported by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, and the research results are published based on sources and MDPI.
