Future generations of iPhone may have a bezel-less display – or something very close to it – and a body entirely made of ultra-durable glass that gives it a distinctive and futuristic look. The rumor was reinforced by information released by informant Ice Universe this Monday (24).
The information source claims in its Twitter profile that Apple will ask Samsung and LG Display, the Cupertino giant’s main partners in display supply, to develop new OLED panels for the smartphone lineup. The monitors would also allow the use of the dynamic island and the camera below the screen..
But to switch to a completely bezel-less iPhone, you still need to fix some issues. Among them, the manufacturer has to find a space to house the circuits that drive the panel and the antennas normally found on the sides of the phone. Tom’s Guide.
LAST MINUTE! Apple is working on a 0-frame iPhone! Apparently Cook is my fan and hates frameworks as much as I do.

“Urgent! Apple is working on a bezel-less iPhone! Cook seems to be a fan of mine and hates bezels as much as I do. According to sources, Apple has asked Samsung Display and LG Display to develop bezel-less OLED displays, eliminate them entirely and make the iPhone look like a piece of glass using UPC. Also, Apple is reportedly developing a monoblock glass body using tough and ultra-durable glass types. A future iPhone will reportedly look like a crystal sealed case. Until then, the new iPhone will look like a sealed case.
The mobile version, where the screen takes up 100% of the available space, will take some time to arrive.. Meanwhile, the next generation may have some improvements, such as the ultra-thin bezels on the iPhone 15 Pro. The bezel-less model would be preparing for the year 2025 with the iPhone 17 Pro.

Yet according to Ice Universe, Apple would also be developing a new glass case that would cover the entire body of the iPhone.. The idea is to replace the materials currently in use, such as steel and aluminum, and even the titanium quoted for the Pro versions of the iPhone 15.
As for possible accidents, rumor has it that Apple will adopt an ultra-durable type of glass that will prevent the mobile phone from breaking, for example, in the event of a drop.
