After guessing the details of your new premium mobile phone, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro last Wednesday (16). Announced in China, the smartphone has features such as up to 24GB of RAM and 150W fast charging, one of the largest on the market.

The new member of the OnePlus Ace 2 series has a 6.74-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution (2,772 x 1,240 pixels), 120 Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits. The screen also features HDR10+, 450 PPI pixel density and 93.90% screen-to-body ratio.

The processor is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 model, which comes with Adreno 740 GPU and 12GB, 16GB and 24GB RAM options. Storage is up to 1TB. The operating system is Android 13 with the promise of three more software updates as the Chinese brand claims.

About the cameras, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has three sensors housed in a round module, including a 50MP main, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro. This set has optical stabilization (OIS) and records in 4K at 60fps. In contrast, the 16 MP selfie camera is located in a central hole in the screen.

Battery charged in 17 minutes

Another great attraction of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is its 5,000mAh battery with optimizations for greater autonomy and 150W fast charging. According to the manufacturer, It only takes 17 minutes to fully charge the device.

The specification list even includes an “aviation grade” cooling system. This normalizes the temperature even during intense gaming and the dedicated X-axis vibration engine. Plus two speakers with Dolby Atmos and fingerprint sensor under the screen are also available.

The model has game features.

According to OnePlus, it offers flagship WiFi 7 supportenables ultra-high-speed wireless connections. It is compatible with 5G, Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC networks as well as having infrared to control other devices.

On pre-sale in China, The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro costs 2,999 yuan in the 12GB + 256GB version, which is equivalent to R$2,049 at the price of the day, in direct conversion. The 16GB + 512GB and 24GB + 1TB models cost 3,399 yuan (R$ 2,323) and 3,999 yuan ( R$ 2,733) respectively.
