The Google Pixel 8 is better than its predecessors in every way, but it does have a flaw.

Until now, the base versions of the Pixel – Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 – have been particularly interesting for their balance between features and price. In fact, the brand’s two latest models have always been priced below 700 euros and have some of the most important technical characteristics of their older brothers, such as the same processor or the same front camera. Something similar is happening with the new Google Pixel 8, although its price is not as expected.

The terminal, in particular, retains the same design line as the Pro version, which has also been slightly updated compared to its predecessors. It now has more rounded corners and finally a flat screen. It also retains the distinctive photographic module, as well as a vibrantly colored rear panel that now boasts new colors; It is available in green and pink colors, in addition to the classic black.

By the way, there is a screen. 6.2 inches. This is an OLED panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Google Pixel 8 also ditched the 90Hz frequency of its predecessors and finally included 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also stands out for its brightness: 1600 nits when playing HDR content and a peak brightness of up to 2400 nits.
