Over the next few days Realme GT5 Proand this Thursday, November 30, a teaser was presented, which reliably revealed the characteristics and design of the cell phone.
The GT5’s wide, rectangular camera island is gone, replaced by a round bump that houses three cameras. This includes a 50MP periscope equipped with a Sony IMX890 sensor with 3x optical zoom and 6x lossless zoom (the regular GT5 does not have a telecamera).
The circular camera island appears to be made of durable stainless steel and is mounted on a vegan leather base.
The display is an LTPO 8T panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a “1.5K” resolution (likely the same 1240 x 2772 pixels as the GT5). It has a maximum local brightness of 4500 nits and a maximum global brightness of 1600 nits. To reduce this, there are DC dimming and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM functions that can create 20,000 brightness levels. The display also has a touch sampling rate of 2160Hz.
The screen will be about the same size as the GT5 at 6.78 inches (vs. 6.74 inches), and the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor (vs. Gen 2).
