This Monday, April 1st, OnePlus Nord CE 4The brand’s first mobile phone with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which increases and improves GPU performance.

The chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM (LPDDR4X), but there is no 12GB option this time. The storage capacity is 128 GB or 256 GB UFS 3.1, which can be expanded using a microSD slot (up to 1 TB cards). The phone runs on the latest OxygenOS 14 out of the box and offers an additional 8GB of virtual RAM as a feature.

Other features of OnePlus Nord CE 4:

  • 5500 mAh battery and 100W SuperVOOC charging. The CE4 charges to 100% in 29 minutes. The Battery Health engine will extend battery life up to 4 years of charge cycles. A 100W SuperVOOC charger is included in the package.
  • 50 MP main camera with 1/1.56 inch IMX890 sensor. It has a different Sony sensor, the LYT-600, which is also 50MP but smaller at 1/1.95-inch. As for the 8MP ultra-wide-angle module, it still uses the IMX355 sensor.
  • OnePlus promises that new image processing algorithms will improve the image quality of all cameras, including the 16-megapixel selfie module. The phone also comes with Portrait Mode 2.0. Video recording is still limited to 4K resolution at 30fps, with a 60fps option at 1080p (and even slow motion at 120fps).
  • OnePlus Nord CE4 runs OxygenOS 14 (Android 14) out of the box.
  • The phone has a 6.7-inch OLED screen, similar to that of its predecessor. It has an FHD+ resolution with an aspect ratio just above 20:9. The display runs at 120Hz and displays 10-bit colors with support for HDR10+ and Amazon Prime Video HDR.
  • For the first time, the CE model has an official dust and water resistance rating of just IP54.
  • The CE4 is available in two color combinations: Dark Chrome (with a shiny metallic gray finish) and Celadon Marble (a jade green with a marbled texture).
  • Sales of Nord CE4 will begin on April 4. The base 8GB/128GB model costs £25,000 ($300/€280).
