The Apple Podcasts web app itself doesn’t offer anything revolutionary. However, it does make the service easier to use when users are outside of macOS, iOS, or iPadOS.
Those who already use the platform from Apple devices have the ability to sign in with their Apple ID to sync their library of saved shows, view recently updated shows and episodes to play next, and more. Also included is the ability to browse the catalog of paid subscriptions and contract access to podcasts distributed under this model.
But that’s not all. The new web version of Apple Podcasts also makes it easier to find and play podcasts. even without logging in. The service’s various sections are displayed on the left sidebar, allowing users to check out new titles or browse the most listened to titles without having to log in. However, please note that if you want to play an episode with explicit language, you will need to sign in.
