The new Motorola Edge 50 and 50 Neo have what Xiaomi would like to see in its mid-range phones.

Motorola has expanded its Edge 50 smartphone lineup with two new models targeting mid-range handsets from brands such as Xiaomi, Oppo or Samsung. The company unveiled Motorola Edge 50 and Edge 50 Neowhich feature thoughtful design, new cameras powered by artificial intelligence and software-focused features.

The design is undoubtedly one of the most striking features of the new Motorola Edge 50 and Edge 50 Neo. Both smartphones have a very similar design, which in turn is very similar to the rest of the family – Edge 50 Pro and Edge 50 Ultra. On the photography front, the Motorola Edge 50 and Edge 50 Neo feature a Sony-branded 50-megapixel primary sensor, as well as a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and 10-megapixel telephoto lens capable of taking photos with 3x optical zoom..
