Microsoft has announced a new brand of laptops, Copilot+PC.

Under it there will be devices with hardware support for AI from Dell, Lenovo, Samsung, HP, Acer, Asus and Microsoft itself.

The laptops will run more than 40 AI models running Windows 11, and the co-pilot assistant will have GPT-4o support. The Copilot+PC PC will require at least 16 GB of RAM, 256 GB of SSD storage and a neural processor.

The company claims that such gadgets will be 58% more powerful than the MacBook Air with the M3 chip, and their autonomy will be equal to “the whole day.” [The Verge]
