New Guided Sleep Meditations in Fitness+

Recovery and rest time is almost as important as exercise. In times when we are hyper-connected, with screens in front of our eyes all day long, shutting down and sleeping is sometimes difficult.

That’s why Fitness+ includes, starting next Monday, January 9th, new meditation routines to help us relax and fall asleep easier. To this end, a new introductory guide is also presented with four twenty-minute programs that end with five minutes of relaxing music.

The new sleep meditation program is a perfect example of how you can visualize your iPhone – already in bed – as a guide to enter the relaxation phase and thus sleep better. You can even listen to audio only from Apple Watch.

New sleep meditation programs available on Fitness+ starting January 9th.
