Alphacool has completed its thermal paste range with Apex Thermal Grease. This putty offers a conductivity of 17 watts per Kelvin and should be one of the strongest on the market. This level of performance is said to be possible thanks to the use of nanopowder with very low thermal impedance.

While increased conductivity is the most important feature, the manufacturer has also taken into account viscosity and durability. For example, putty must be able to withstand pressures of up to 40 psi and at the same time be easy to apply. Apex Thermal Grease comes in a 4 gram syringe and has a screw cap to prevent drying out. This amount is fine for a few applications, but we won’t go into details.

The thermal paste is available from today through the Alphacool website, among others, at a suggested retail price of 15 Euros.
