Vodafone Business takes sides in defense of the region’s forested heritage Sardinia. The telecommunications giant is installing an advanced IoT system capable of containing the outbreak of to burnenabling emergency response teams to neutralize the most serious emergencies in the bud.

Systems such as those investigated by Vodafone can be invaluable to fire teams. Time is everything: intervene at the outbreak of the fire, before the flames spread, gives the emergency teams the opportunity to prevent an escalation – with the serious consequences that entails, as witnessed by the calamity in 2021.
