  • F7: Check spelling and grammar
  • CTRL+N: Apply bold to selected text or turn on bold
  • CTRL+K: Apply italics to selected text or turn on italics
  • CTRL+S: Apply underlining to selected text or Save
  • CTRL+C: Copy
  • CTRL+X: Cut
  • CTRL+V: Insert
  • CTRL+Z: undo last action
  • CTRL+Y: Redo last action
  • CTRL+U: Create a new document
  • CTRL+A: open document
  • CTRL+R: close the document
  • CTRL+G: Save as
  • CTRL+B: Search
  • CTRL+L: Replace
  • CTRL+P: Print
  • CTRL+T: Center paragraph

  • ALT+CTRL+D: Switch to print layout mode
  • ALT+CTRL+E: Switch to outline mode
  • ALT+CTRL+N: Switch to normal view
  • ALT+CTRL+I: Enable or disable print preview
  • ALT+CTRL+O: Insert Footnote
  • ALT+CTRL+C: Insert copyright symbol
  • ALT+CTRL+R: Insert a registered trademark symbol
  • ALT+CTRL+T: Insert trademark symbol
  • SHIFT+F3: Change upper or lower case

  • SHIFT+RIGHT ARROW: Select one character on the right
  • SHIFT+LEFT ARROW: Select one character on the left

  • SHIFT+Home: Select to the beginning of the line
