In 2018, Anker revolutionized the industry by introducing the first mobile charger with gallium nitride (GaN) technology.

We already announced late last year that the company was launching its own line of magnetically adjustable wireless chargers called MagGo. Consisting of five different chargers, each with a different design and specifications, they have been introduced to the market to meet the needs of users.

Well, this time it’s another great new one, a new line of high-speed chargers with gallium nitride (GaN) technology, which will include these new accessories. They are oriented both to normal loads in any space, and to loads for external use and have different capacities, some of which exceed 100 watts.

“By partnering with world leaders in the gallium nitride industry, we have access to today’s most advanced GaN components that make GaNPrime™ possible.” comments Stephen Young, CEO of Anker Innovations. “Together, GaNPrimeTM enables faster and safer charging while reducing energy loss, highlighting Anker’s commitment to a more sustainable future.”

For those who are not yet in the know, a big advantage Gallium nitride (GaN) technology is that, in addition to respecting the environment, it provides faster and more efficient charging, as well as improves safety and prevents overheating.

What are GaN chargers and how could this material change the future of technology?

In this case, we have three chargers, although he also released a portable battery (24,000 mA), a charging station and a 5-port power strip.

As for chargers, it has the following models:

  • Charger Anker735 (GaNPrime65W) = 59.99 euros.
  • Anker737 Charger (GaNPrime120W) = €94.99
  • Charger Anker747(GaNPrime150W)= not available

On the other hand, we know that this summer they will be available in Europe via Amazon.es. Anker will be promoting all of these new developments during their event on July 25, 2022.
