Wizz Air: a fifth aircraft is added to Vienna

From December 2022, the Wizz Air it will get three new routes and frequency increases on existing routes. It is the fastest growing airline in Europe. He formalized the addition of a fifth plane at the base of Vienna. The new three routes are Madeira, Riyadh and Jeddah.

Wizz Air has a network of more than 1,000 routes to more than 190 destinations in 52 countries. From the Vienna base it offers 37 routes to 24 countries. Now with the addition of the new three prestigious destinations, the broken they turn 40 in 25 countries.

This type of aircraft produces 50% less nitrogen monoxide and almost 50% less noise disturbance. The savings it’s also about the fuel up to 20%. It has another advantage: emissions CO2 emissions per passenger kilometer lower than with other European companies. By 2030, it will commit to cutting global emissions by another 25%.

The expansion of the Wizz Air base in Vienna is a strong signal for the location of the airport and will offer passengers an even wider choice of destinations in the future.
