NFON’s 2022 Work from Home Wellbeing Report interviewed smart workers from six European countries. He wanted to explore the difficulties and positivity of those who have to work from home. The survey results show that 1 in 3 employees suffer from stress due to smart working.

Smart workers feel the lack of the Colleagues and thesocial interaction work with them. The joke with the neighbour, the coffee break to chat and exchange opinions, but also asking for help from the colleague all add up to more stress. Exactly 36% of tension among the respondents. Other factors include technological stress and the difficulty of separating work and private life. Being reachable without a specific work schedule also creates more stress. On a positive note, however, smart working is also good for more than half of the interviewees.

Working from home is an advantage for 57.3% of employees, because yes to prevent the dislikes among colleagues and especially those who cause nuisance and inconvenience. At 38.3%, smart working is positive because it is also possible to work sick. Another aspect to take into account is that almost 3 in 10 employees experience smart working increases the burden of work. As a result, 36% of the interviewees, working from home, no longer have time to follow family and friends. In contrast, 3 out of 10 employees are able to exercise more than before.
