The DisplayMate organization, which produces software for calibrating monitors, recognized the screen of the iPhone 14 Pro Max as the best among smartphones. Previously, this title was equal to the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
The display of the iPhone 14 Pro Max has a few differences from the 13 Pro Max. It can change the display frequency from 1 to 120 Hz, while the iPhone 13 Pro Max screen only reduces the frequency to 10 Hz.
DisplayMate has ruled out that the peak display brightness of the iPhone 14 Pro Max has dropped to 2,300 nits, twice that of the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Plus, it’s also the Apple-threatening 2,000 nits.
DisplayMate noted that the color accuracy of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is ensured by this factory rating, which is “visually indistinguishable from perfect.”
