In 1914 motorhomes as such were not produced. Specialized workshops took the chassis of the most iconic cars and turned them into R.V..

This unique model, because they were built to order as we say, was sold by the Bentall family in the 1920s and abandoned for decades. It was eventually discovered in Shepperton and restored in the 70s Leo Smith with cabinetmaker Robin Tanner.
Surprisingly, over 95% of the original body wood could be reused. After about four years of work, the restoration was completed and the car competed in the 1976 HCVC London-Brighton, winning seven prizes including Concours.
