Two acts of distrust hit the ground Bogota this thursday: robbery in a building and stole in industry charms and the sale of emeralds.
As Colonel Herbert Benavidez, commander of operations of the Bogota Police, explained, the incident in the jewelery area occurred around noon on Carrera 5 and Calle 12.

“Our front of security through the jewelers guild apparently a woman is reporting some suspicious people trying to steal the persona. Our dial reacts, ensuring the arrest of two people transferred to the Police Station. There the validation of the relevant premises is carried out. The victim is not visible,” the colonel explained.
On the other hand, the colonel explained that versions of a gagged guard and a robbery that occurred correspond to another incident that also took place downtown on Carrera 6 and Calle 13.
At dawn, between 5:30 and 6 am, our dial is receiving calls for help from a building on Calle 13 on Carrera 7. A security guard is seen who will depend on it. The building is entered and the security guard is rescued, reporting that the rig gun was stolen by two people. Since there is information that the building elements working in this building may have been stolen, investigations in this sector are carried out by the technical unit of the Prosecutor’s Office.
As City TV was able to establish, 14 emerald offices on floors 8, 9 and 10 were robbed and losses amounted to one billion pesos: among the stolen items were gems, cash and computers.
