Roku, the American device company that facilitates access to Over-the-top media services (OTT) platforms to take advantage of the dynamics of the streaming video category. Continuing its growth in Colombia with greater commercial strength and more options for the market, including three devices for users.

Currently, the Colombian consumer has about 10 hours and 7 minutes of Internet consumption, according to the consulting firm Statista, distributed across digital platforms and social networks. As the possibilities and offers increase and not all users have the necessary devices, Roku is expanding its coverage with its teams.

Roku Latin America sales manager Alex Dalesio explained how they are accelerating and expanding their presence in stores.

“The idea is to create business strategies so that up-to-date information and new devices to reach more customers and, above all, to the end consumer, who is constantly in search of new technologies.”

Since its launch 12 years ago, Roku is revolutionizing the way television is consumed by bringing users the best streaming entertainment content wherever they are, while also bringing them closer to apps.

Internet consumption in Colombia is more than three hours a day, content choices are growing in all markets and the goal is to close the gaps.
