On the other hand, Colombian Police stated that the director of the institution, General Jorge Luis Vargas Valencia, will go to Cartagena to conduct investigations.

Ronaldinho was detained in that country for more than 170 days, and as Prosecutor Pecci noted on July 15, 2021: “We did all the investigations in the Ronaldinho case because we wanted to link the existence of these individuals and the people who provided him with the documents, possibly an illegality of a patrimonial nature”.
