As we know, rocky is a “creature” of Sylvester Stallone, who not only interpreted it, but also wrote and edited it in the first person when he was a penniless rookie. A lot of water has passed under the bridge since then, including six episodes of the saga and two of the spin-off/sequel. Beliefswhich will now be joined by a third Creed, a new spin-off, this time set in the past and dedicated to Ivan Drago. New iteration against which cunning he lashes out violently now.
The rights to the franchise are, in fact, owned by the Winkler family, with whom the American filmmaker has decidedly mixed relationships, despite his long history and the fact that he is the producer of the entire saga, including Creed 3, the first film in the series that will not participate even on the screen. A few days ago there was already a public disagreement between Stallone and Irwin Winkler (with Sly asking for a “fair” division of the rights), but the news of the film about Drago leaves no room for half measures, with a message that via social media:

Another punch to the heart…I just found ONE AGAIN this pathetic 94 year old PRODUCER AND HIS IDIOTES AND HELPFUL PACKED CHILDREN Charles and David are gnawing at the bones of another wonderful character I’ve created without even telling me to tell…I OBLIGATE to the FANS, I never wanted the ROCKY characters to be exploited by these parasites.
