Set in the early 1980s in an English seaside town, Realm of Light is a powerful and moving tale of human bonds and the magic of cinema, directed by Oscar-winning director Sam Mendes, to hit Italian cinemas on February 23, 2023. Here is the first official photo from the film.
The movie has a great cast starring Oscar winner Olivia Colman (The favorite, The dark daughter), BAFTA winner Michael Ward (Blue Story, great boy) and Academy Award winner Colin Firth (The King’s Speech, A single man). Also in the cast are Tom Brooke, Tanya Moodie, Hannah Onslow, Crystal Clarke and Toby Jones. Produced by Pippa Harris and Sam Mendes, the film features Mendes and Oscar-winning cinematographer Roger Deakins (1917, skyfall).
